Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each procedure. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dermatologist. We accept most major insurance companies. We do not accept the following companies:

Facilities and Equipment
Fairlawn Dermatology is located near Summit Mall in a convenient location. Our knowledgeable staff utilizes an electronic medical records system which assists in running a very efficient practice. We provide excellent customer service and utilize a wait list that we actively use to try to accommodate our patients. We have a UV light box on-site that is used for light therapy and an aesthetician to provide additional services. Most major insurance companies are accepted by our practice.
